1. Identification of the Organising Entity

The entity WAYNA AERO, S.L. (hereinafter, «Waynabox» or the «Organiser»), with registered address at Plaça Reial, 18, 2nd floor, 08002 Barcelona (Spain), Tax ID No. B-98649247, is the company responsible for organising and running the promotion described in these legal terms and conditions (hereinafter, the «Promotion»).

The Promotion is carried out exclusively for promotional and advertising purposes in relation to the services marketed by Waynabox, specifically the «Surprise Island» package.

2. Purpose and Legal Nature of the Promotion

The purpose of the Promotion is to incentivise the booking of pre-reservations of the «Surprise Island» package through the official Waynabox website (www.waynabox.com) by means of (i) a draw with random prize allocation and (ii) a guaranteed prize mechanic with a decreasing promotional discount.

In accordance with Article 3.c) of Law 13/2011 of 27 May on the regulation of gambling, and given its essentially promotional nature and the absence of profit motive over the required economic contribution, the Promotion shall not be considered gambling for the purposes of said Law. The amount of one (1) euro required to participate corresponds exclusively to covering pre-reservation management costs and does not constitute a bet, an unauthorised draw, or an activity subject to the reservation of the State Lottery and Betting Company (SELAE) or the General Directorate of Gambling Regulation (DGOJ).

3. Territorial and Temporal Scope

3.1. Territorial Scope

The Promotion is valid for natural persons who are legal residents of Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), France (metropolitan territory) and Italy.

3.2. Promotional Period

The Promotion will run from Monday 18 May 2026 (00:00 h CEST) to Sunday 24 May 2026 (23:59 h CEST), both inclusive (hereinafter, the «Promotional Period»). Only pre-reservations made during said Promotional Period will be eligible to participate.

4. Participation Requirements

The following persons may participate in the Promotion, provided they cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the start of the Promotional Period.

- Be a legal resident of Spain, France or Italy.

- Have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts and obligations, as well as to travel in accordance with applicable regulations (valid passport or national ID card, and visa where required).

- Have a valid and active email address.

- Expressly accept these legal terms and conditions and the Organiser's privacy policy.

- Pay the amount of one (1) euro per person included in the pre-reservation as a non-refundable management fee.

Employees of Waynabox and companies directly involved in running the Promotion, as well as their family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are expressly excluded from the Promotion.

The letter must include:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- Valid postal address

- Email address

- Departure airport

- Number of persons travelling

- Travel dates in accordance with the booking conditions on the website waynabox.com/fr (maximum 7 days / 6 nights)

- Destinations to exclude (maximum 2)

- Type of accommodation

- Optional travel extras

This letter must be received before the end of the last draw on Sunday 24 May 2026. If not received in time, the participation will not be valid.

5. General Participation Mechanics

To participate in the Promotion, interested persons must complete the following steps through the website www.waynabox.com during the Promotional Period:

- Select the «Surprise Island» package and make a pre-reservation indicating the number of travellers (between 2 and 15), city of origin, desired travel dates and any other information required by the form. Under no circumstances may the prize be awarded for trips involving a single person.

- Apply the promotional code «PARADISE2026» at the time of payment, which will apply a 100% discount on the package price.

- Pay the amount of one (1) euro per person included in the pre-reservation as a non-refundable management fee. This fee is purely administrative and does not constitute the purchase of an entry for the draw.

- Expressly accept these legal terms and conditions and the privacy policy by ticking the relevant boxes.

Each natural person may only make one (1) valid pre-reservation during the Promotional Period. Should multiple pre-reservations be detected in the name of the same participant, Waynabox reserves the right to consider only the first valid pre-reservation, with the remainder automatically disqualified and without any right to a refund of the management fees.

The information provided by the participant must be truthful and up to date. The submission of false or incomplete data, or the use of third-party data without their consent, will result in automatic disqualification and the loss of any rights arising from the Promotion.

6. Draw Mechanics

During the Promotional Period, seven (7) daily draws will be held, one for each day between Monday 18 May 2026 and Sunday 24 May 2026, both inclusive.

The winning participants will be selected randomly from all validly completed pre-reservations submitted by 16:59 h (CEST) on the day of each draw, using a computer system that guarantees the randomness and impartiality of the process. Participation will be valid from 10:30 to 16:59 hours on Monday 18 May 2026. From that date onwards, and for subsequent days (from 19 to 24 May 2026, both inclusive), the participation period will run from 17:00 to 16:59 hours the following day.

In each of the seven (7) daily draws, one (1) main winner and two (2) runners-up will be selected, in draw order, in the event that the main winner does not meet the participation requirements, cannot be contacted, or does not accept the prize within the period set out in clause 10.

Pre-reservations that are not awarded a prize in the draw on the corresponding day will automatically be carried over to draws on subsequent days within the same Promotional Period, unless the participant expressly requests otherwise in writing to Waynabox.

Whilst the winner of each daily draw will be excluded from subsequent draws, participants who are named as runners-up will continue to participate in all subsequent draws in the same manner as all other participants. If the winner of the draw in which a participant has been named as a runner-up declines the prize, that runner-up will no longer be eligible for the prize on the remaining days.

Under no circumstances may the same participant be awarded two prizes in this draw.

7. Guaranteed Prize Mechanics

All draw participants will be entitled to a guaranteed prize consisting of a decreasing discount code applicable to future bookings of the «Surprise Island» package, in accordance with the following schedule:

The discount code «HOLIDAY2026» will be sent by email to the address provided by the participant on the day following the end of the first phase described in clause 6. Once the stated validity period has elapsed without the code being used, it will automatically become invalid without generating any right to compensation.

The payment of one (1) euro per participant made at the time of pre-reservation constitutes consideration for management costs and guarantees the right to the guaranteed prize described herein.

8. Description and Valuation of Prizes

8.1. Draw Prize

Each of the seven (7) draw winners will receive one (1) «Surprise Island» package trip with Waynabox on the dates and from the departure city indicated in their pre-reservation, including flights and hotel accommodation, with a maximum unit value of three thousand euros (€3,000.00) including VAT (the «Maximum Covered Amount»).

8.2. Guaranteed Prize

Participants will receive a discount code in accordance with clause 7, applicable to future bookings of the «Surprise Island» package under the conditions set out in these terms.

8.3. Inclusions and Exclusions

The prize exclusively includes:

- Return flights from the city of origin indicated in the pre-reservation.

- Hotel accommodation at the assigned destination, in accordance with the standard conditions of the «Surprise Island» package.

The following are expressly excluded from the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner:

- Meals, dinners, breakfasts not included in the hotel board of the package, and any food and drink consumption.

- Transfers from the winner's home to the departure airport, and transfers between the destination airport and the hotel, unless expressly included in the contracted package.

- Travel from cities other than the city of origin to islands or other destinations, and any additional air or ground connections.

- Tourist taxes, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations and any other expense arising from the administrative requirements of the destination.

- Excursions, leisure activities, museum or theme park entry.

- Any other expense not expressly listed as included.

9. Conditions for Enjoying the Prize

- Maximum amount: The Organiser will cover the cost of the prize up to a maximum amount of three thousand euros (€3,000.00) including VAT per winning trip. Any amount in excess of this shall be borne entirely by the winner.

- Non-accumulation: Promotional codes or gift codes associated with the Promotion may not be combined with each other or with other promotions. One (1) code is equivalent to one (1) trip and may not be split, combined with other codes, or partially applied to different bookings.

- Date changes: Although the pre-reservation must be made with the most realistic dates possible, the winner may request a change of travel dates once the prize has been confirmed, provided availability exists. Waynabox will cover the initial cost of the winning trip; if the new trip costs more, the winner will pay the difference; if it costs less, Waynabox will cover the cost of the new trip without any right to a refund of the difference.

- Exclusive applicability: Discounts and codes associated with this Promotion may only be applied to the «Surprise Island» package, and are not redeemable for other packages or services marketed by Waynabox.

- May bookings: The conditions of the «gift trip» campaign apply only to pre-reservations made during May 2026 in accordance with the Promotional Period set out in clause 3.2.

- Real trip booking: Should the participant be the winner, the actual trip booking must be formalised no later than 7 June.

- Non-transferability: The prize is personal and non-transferable, and may not be assigned to third parties or exchanged for its cash value, other goods, or services.

- Enjoyment period: The trip must be taken on the dates confirmed by Waynabox and, in any event, within a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the prize, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

- Documentation and travel requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the winner to have the personal, administrative and health documentation required to travel to the assigned destination. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any inability to enjoy the prize due to the absence, expiry or inadequacy of such documentation.

10. Communication and Acceptance of the Prize

The Organiser will notify the draw winners of their winning status by email sent to the address provided in the pre-reservation, within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from the time of each daily draw.

The winner will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days, starting from receipt of the notification email, to expressly accept the prize, confirm the trip details and provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by Waynabox.

Should no response be received from the winner within this period, or in the event of express refusal, failure to meet participation requirements, inability to make contact, or falsity in the data provided, the prize will automatically pass to the first runner-up, and if that person also does not accept it, to the second runner-up, on the same terms and within the same period. Should none of the runners-up accept the prize, it will be declared void.

11. Assignment of Image Rights and Communication

Winners expressly authorise Waynabox, without any financial consideration, to publish their first name, first surname, city of residence and, where applicable, photographs or videos taken during the trip that the winners themselves decide to share with the Organiser, on Waynabox's communication channels (including the website, social media and newsletters), for the purpose of publicising the results of the Promotion.

This authorisation shall have worldwide territorial scope and shall extend for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion of the trip. The winner may revoke this authorisation at any time by written notice to Waynabox, without the revocation affecting any uses made prior to that date.

12. Tax Regime

The prizes awarded under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable tax regulations in force.

13. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), participants are informed of the following:

- Purpose of processing: to manage participation in the Promotion, determine winners, award prizes, communicate results, and comply with legal and fiscal obligations arising therefrom.

- Legal basis: the performance of the legal terms and conditions accepted by the participant (Article 6.1.b GDPR), the consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

- Categories of data processed: identification, contact, residence, billing and pre-reservation data.Recipients: data may be shared with data processors (hosting, payment gateways, travel providers) and competent authorities where required by law.International transfers: no international transfers outside the European Economic Area are envisaged, except those strictly necessary for the provision of the travel service, in which case the safeguards provided for under the GDPR will be implemented.

- Retention period: data will be retained for as long as necessary for the performance of the Promotion and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

- Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, exercisable by written request to the address indicated or to the email address gdpr@waynabox.com, enclosing a copy of proof of identity.

- Supervisory authority: data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the French Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (www.cnil.fr) or the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), depending on their place of residence.

- By participating in this promotion, you accept that your data may be used for future commercial communications.

14. Limitation of Liability

Waynabox shall not be held liable for incidents or damages that may arise in connection with services provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, local providers), or for situations of force majeure (strikes, airspace closures, pandemics, adverse weather conditions, armed conflicts, administrative restrictions, etc.) that prevent or hinder the normal development of the trip.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for interruptions, technical failures, transmission errors or data losses attributable to the communications network, the internet access provider or the participant's equipment, which prevent the correct participation in the Promotion.

15. Disqualification and Anti-Fraud Measures

Waynabox reserves the right to automatically exclude from the Promotion, without prior notice and without any right to compensation or refund, any participant who:

- Fails to meet the participation requirements set out in these terms.

- Provides false, incomplete or third-party data without their consent.

- Uses automated systems, bots, multiple accounts or any other fraudulent mechanism that distorts the normal participation mechanics.

- Engages in conduct that may harm the image or legitimate interests of Waynabox or third parties.

16. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Waynabox reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, when circumstances beyond its control or force majeure arise that prevent or hinder the normal conduct of the Promotion, committing in such case to communicate any such changes through the website www.waynabox.com, without this giving rise to any right to compensation on the part of participants.

17. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion implies full, express and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions, as well as any decisions Waynabox may make for their correct interpretation and application. Failure to accept these terms or breach of any of their clauses will result in the automatic exclusion of the participant.

18. Publication and Consultation of Terms

These legal terms and conditions will be available for consultation, free of charge and throughout the Promotional Period and until the Promotion has been fully carried out, on the website www.waynabox.com, under the «Legal Terms» section or equivalent.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in the country of residence of the participant, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), except where mandatory consumer protection rules require the courts of the consumer participant's place of domicile to have jurisdiction.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumer participants residing in the European Union are informed of the existence of the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/..
