Terms & Conditions of the "Bears with Benefits x Waynabox – Birthday Month Giveaway"

1. Identification of the promoters

This promotional initiative is jointly organised by:Beautybears GmbH (hereinafter, "Bears with Benefits"), with registered office at Theresienstraße 1, 80333 Munich, Germany, VAT/Tax ID: DE318191206ç; WAYNA AERO, S.L. (hereinafter, "Waynabox"), with registered office at Plaça Reial, 18, 2ª planta, 08002 Barcelona (Spain), N.I.F. B-98649247;(hereinafter, jointly, the "Promoters").

2. Purpose and legal nature of the Promotion

This initiative constitutes a prize competition awarded through random selection among participants who have validly entered in accordance with the mechanics described in Section 5, pursuant to Italian D.P.R. 26 October 2001, no. 430, as amended. Entry does not require any purchase ("No purchase necessary").

3. Territorial and time scope

The initiative is published on Bears with Benefits' official Instagram profile (@bearswithbenefits), in collaboration with Waynabox Italy's Instagram profile (@waynaboxit), and is open to legal residents aged 18 or over in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, as well as in any other country where Waynabox services are available.

Start: from the date the official Giveaway post is published.

End: 21 August 2026, 11:59 PM (CEST).

4. Eligibility requirements

- Must be of legal age (18 years or older).

- Must be a legal resident of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, or of any other country where Waynabox services are available.

- Must hold an Instagram account.

- Must comply with the entry mechanics set out in Section 5.

- Must accept these Terms & Conditions and the privacy notice.

Employees of Bears with Benefits and Waynabox, and of any suppliers directly involved in organising the initiative, as well as their cohabiting family members, are excluded from participation. Only one prize is allowed per participant/household.

5. Entry mechanics

To enter the Giveaway, users must, before the deadline set out in Section 3:

1. follow the official Instagram profiles @waynaboxit and @bearswithbenefits;

2. like the official Giveaway post published on @bearswithbenefits;

3. leave a comment on the post tagging a friend they would take on the trip. Multiple entries are allowed: each comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional valid entry for the draw, without prejudice to Section 4's rule of one prize per participant/household.

Entry is free and does not require any purchase or additional cost.

6. Prize description and value

The prize consists of:

Offered by Bears with Benefits: 

- 3 months' supply of Ah-Mazing Hair Vitamins (3 jars of 90 gummies each) – value €155.40

- 3× Bears with Benefits products of the winner's choice (90 gummies each) – indicative value €150–170

- 1 × limited-edition Tote Bag – value €15.00

Offered by Waynabox:

- 1 × voucher for 2 people, including a surprise destination, round-trip flights and one night's hotel stay (2 days/1 night) – value up to €400.00

Total indicative commercial value of the prize: up to approximately €740.00. The winner may customise their trip by adding optional extras at their own discretion (e.g. breakfast or other available services) and may exclude one destination free of charge, being able to travel to any of the European cities available in the Waynabox catalogue, departing from any city available on the website. The destination will be revealed by email 48 hours before departure, keeping the surprise intact.

7. Prize award process

The winner will be selected at random among all participants who have validly entered the initiative in compliance with the requirements in Section 4 and the mechanics in Section 5, at the end of the validity period set out in Section 3.Should the winner fail to respond to contact within [5] business days, or expressly decline the prize, a new draw will be held among the remaining eligible participants.

8. Notification and acceptance of the prize

The winner will be contacted exclusively via Bears with Benefits' official Instagram account, by direct message (DM), to notify them of the win and request the information needed to award the prize. The Promoters will never ask for payment or banking/payment details in order to award the prize.

9.  Prize delivery

The prize will be provided by Bears with Benefits, which will contact the winners directly via Instagram to arrange delivery.

Bears with Benefits products will be shipped via standard delivery within 1–3 business days to the address provided by the winner. The Waynabox voucher will be sent in digital format, will be valid until 31 December 2026, and may be used according to the terms communicated by Waynabox at the time of delivery.

10. Tax treatment

Prizes under the Promotion are subject to applicable tax rules.

11. Personal data protection

Bears with Benefits and Waynabox are data controllers of the data collected in connection with the initiative, each for their respective purposes. Participants' personal data is processed for the purposes of managing the Giveaway and identifying and contacting the winner, and is shared between the Promoters solely to the extent necessary to award, customise and ship the prize (first name, last name, email address, shipping address), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). To exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, participants may write to service@bears-with-benefits.com and to ciao@waynabox.com.

12. Limitation of liability

The Promoters are not liable for any service failures attributable to third parties (e.g. suppliers, couriers, Instagram/Meta) in connection with the production, customisation or shipping of the prizes, without prejudice to the Promoters' commitment to support the winner in resolving any issues. The Promoters are also not liable for events of fortuitous circumstance or force majeure that prevent the regular award of the prize.

13. Disqualification and anti-fraud measures

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to exclude fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise non-compliant entries from the initiative.

14.  Amendment, suspension or cancellation

The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the initiative at any time for organisational reasons or force majeure, giving timely notice through the same channels used to publish these Terms & Conditions, without this giving rise to any right of compensation for participants.

15.  Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

Participation in the initiative implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

- This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
